What's going on at the Association of Christian Psychologists (ACP) in Poland?
At the office in the center of Warsaw, work is in full swing. We have been celebrating for the second year in a row. Last year, we rejoiced in the 30th anniversary of our existence, and this year we are celebrating the 30th anniversary of our psychotherapy studies. The central point of the celebration is scientific conferences. In 2025, it was a conference titled: 'Christian Anthropology and Psychology and Psychotherapy,' and this year we will focus on the topic of Integration in Psychotherapy. Among the members of ACP, graduates of our studies, and friends from various psychotherapy schools in Poland, we will wonder what integration in psychotherapy means for us today and how we practice it while working with an integrative approach in psychotherapy. The topic of the December conference is: 'Appreciating Integration'.
One of the activities organized to celebrate the ACP anniversary was the production of the podcast "21 grams" – from birth to light. Each episode concerns a different stage of human development. And experts, most often ACP members, show in the conversation the realities of a given developmental phase. The podcast enjoys considerable interest. We plan, after completing the series of episodes on human development, to publish a book with the transcript of the conversations. We hope that it will be a valuable educational resource also for our students.
On a daily basis, we educate 141 students in the field of integrative psychotherapy. It is an extremely demanding but fascinating challenge for the Main Board of ACP. We are doing well and are looking for new ways of development.

And finally: A challenge
Human research more and more concentrates on and gains knowledge how to understand neuronal and biochemical processes of the individual. And they thus find ways to more effectively influence human life. One keyword and challenge in this field is transhumanism.
